By accessing or using Nexora ("the Software", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not attempt to use the service. This is a private, invite-only ecosystem for educational and performance testing purposes.
Nexora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended functionality. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell any part of the service without explicit written permission. Each license is tied to a single hardware ID; transferring to another machine requires a manual reset request.

The software is provided "as is", without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nexora is not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, or losses incurred while using the software. You assume full responsibility for any consequences.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but no refunds will be issued for unused periods. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. In rare cases of proven technical malfunction within 24 hours of purchase, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
Nexora collects only essential data: hardware ID for license validation, email address for account recovery, and usage analytics (feature usage, crash reports). No personal identifiers are sold or shared. We do not log keystrokes, browser history, or files outside the software's directory. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high uptime, but updates may cause temporary downtime. Nexora reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without notice. Major version updates may require a new license purchase, though this has never happened and we'll announce it well in advance.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms, attempt to crack the software, or engage in chargeback fraud. Upon termination, your license becomes void and no refund will be issued.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Nexora team operates (EU). Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
